No Refunds given - Only Store Credit

Returns for store credit must meet the following requirements

  • Non returnable merchandise include Sale products, Formal Gowns, Swim Wear, Body Suites and Lingerie
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Bossify Couture
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Merchandise must be returned 2 days of receipt issue
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. We cannot accept return items that have been damaged, worn or soiled and clothing tags must be intact. 
  • Merchandise must be in condition for resale
  • We inspect diligently all items before shipping therefore, damaged items are very unlikely
  • Any item will be inspected for sings of wear, smoke and even an item that does not match the original condition. The buyer will not receive any credit.

Return processing Time

Upon returns and inspection of the items, your store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your credit has been processed.

When Mailing a Return

  • Write "Reason for  Return" on the back of your Cash sale Receipt
  • make sure you follow up on your return, we are not responsible for lost or stoeln packages
  • Package your items securely if possible please note that all items should be returned in original condition with all accessories and paper work.
